Jason & The Argonauts in a heroic quest for a new rug…
To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the fabulous 1963 film version, the game represents the final climatic battle between Jason, plus two other Argonauts against the "Children of the Night" - demonic skeleton fighters grown from the Hydra's teeth. The Heroes must initially cover the escape of the fleece (off table) for the first few turns, before trying to make their own escape... The figures are all accurate "collector" models based on Ray Harryhausen's brilliant originals.

15mm Sci-Fi participation game using a "stripped down" version of the Hammer’s Slammers The Crucible Rules. We intend to have a maximum public involvement whilst retaining the feel of the original game. We are planning to simplify the rules for a ‘cinematic’ feel that will allow the players to try their hands at running a troop of the famous Hammer’s Slammers as they make their way from the Star port to Clyde City on Cullen’s World on Route 66!

In most cases these clashes included small combinations of infantry and cavalry, where the training and preparation of the troops was important, unlike the big battles where the big formation groups and the way they were formed was very important [column, line, square, etc.]

Nachod, or Von Steinmetz's Greatest Moment (Austro-Prussian War 1866, 10mm)
At Nachod the Austrians tried to hit the Prussians using their new schock column tactics as the Prussians emerged from a narrow defile. The columns foundered in the face of the Prussians' needle gun armed, looser formations, which were able to take advantge of the micro-terrain and deliver a far greater volume of fire. The terrain was researched during the battlefield tour in the suymmer of 2012 and the rules are Regimental Fire and Fury with significant amendments which reflect the different tactical methods employed, and the significant Prussian advantage in command and control.

Sir Richard Bingham attempts to teach Grace O'Malley a lesson with his band of prefessional soldiers and is faced by the organised and conflict hardened followers of the O'Malley Clan. Based on Historical fact. Scenery will include scale models of Rockfleet Castle in Co. Mayo on a river estuary, along with a few "humble" dwellings.
