Warlords @ Colours 2012

The South London Warlords were at Colours 8th- 9th September 2012 and as it it 70th anniversary of El Alamein this year, we refought the Battle of Alam el Halfa (the first battle of the 2nd Alamein). The scenario is from Monty's battles Rapid Fire series.

The game started to be built 3 months ago. From this

The British reinforcements were due on turn 15, but I had some AT guns in the depression and the artillery of both sides were starting to hit their targets, but we think the Germans would have "won the Day".
German victory (again), but once again only just.

A good scenario but a difficult one for the British to win.
